Monduce is the owner, operator, and a leading provider of various coin operated amusement devices and concessions within the amusement and theme park industry in North America. These devices and concessions include unique customized remote controlled truck and boat attractions, and traditional arcades using the latest cutting edge merchandise and redemption equipment.            Through revenue sharing programs, Monduce themed attractions and arcades enhance the revenues to the parks in which it operates and provides alternative forms of entertainment for visitors and extends the average time of each visitor within the park.             Monduce creates an entertainment experience for amusement park visitors, which offers an alternative to rides. The remote control truck or boat, depending on the attraction, is guided over elaborately decorated courses, customized to fit into and add to the overall appearance of each amusement park.  Traditional arcades are designed to target a broad range of ages and in particular, entire families.  The arcades are comprised of merchandise, redemption, and large screen family oriented video games.           Monduce does not sell any of its products to the theme park industry, but rather operate the products itself, using their own employees in order to maintain the equipment in proper working condition so as to maximize profits.
